Abstract:
In order to solve the micro potato production process, there is a lot of labor demand and affairs from the group culture seedlings to the production of sheds, and an adsorption end-effector that works with five groups of seedlings can be taken at a time. Under the control of the PLC, the adsorption end-effector completed the change in the historical cassette and the acupoints; the vacuum generated by the vacuum generator, so that the nozzle would seed the seedlings; after the adsorption end-effector was moved to the acupoint and cut off the vacuum. The group seedlings were placed in the pocket bore and completed the transplanting process of the group seedlings. The key parameters of the nozzle were analyzed and determined, and the effect of a good nozzle type was selected by simulation analysis and single factor test.
