马铃薯组培苗移栽吸附式末端执行器设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Adsorption End-effector for Potato Tissue Culture Seedling Transplanting

  • 摘要: 为解决微型薯生产过程中,从组培苗到网棚生产的流程繁琐、劳动强度大的问题,设计了一种工作一次可取5株组培苗的吸附式末端执行器。该吸附式末端执行器在PLC的控制下,完成组培盒与穴盘之间株距的变化;由真空发生器产生的真空,使吸嘴将组培苗吸附;在吸附式末端执行器移至穴盘上方后,切断真空,并由推苗装置将组培苗放置在穴盘孔中,完成组培苗的移栽过程。分析并确定吸嘴的关键参数后,通过仿真分析和单因素试验选择了效果较好的吸嘴类型。为明确穴盘孔直径d、株距调整速度v1、吹苗正压p1、苗吸附高度h等因素对移栽效果的影响,以移栽成功率为试验指标进行了正交试验。结果表明:苗吸附高度h对移栽成功率有显著性影响,而穴盘孔直径d、株距调整速度v1、吹苗正压p1没有显著性影响;当d=15 mm、v1=50 mm/s、p1=1 000 Pa、h=45 mm时,组培苗的移栽成功率最高,为87.98%,吸附式末端执行器的移栽效果最好,移栽效率约为2 087株/h,满足设计要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the micro potato production process, there is a lot of labor demand and affairs from the group culture seedlings to the production of sheds, and an adsorption end-effector that works with five groups of seedlings can be taken at a time. Under the control of the PLC, the adsorption end-effector completed the change in the historical cassette and the acupoints; the vacuum generated by the vacuum generator, so that the nozzle would seed the seedlings; after the adsorption end-effector was moved to the acupoint and cut off the vacuum. The group seedlings were placed in the pocket bore and completed the transplanting process of the group seedlings. The key parameters of the nozzle were analyzed and determined, and the effect of a good nozzle type was selected by simulation analysis and single factor test. In order to clarify the influence of the acupoint diameter d, the spacing adjustment speed v1, the positive pressure p1, and the seedling holding height h and other factors on the transplanting effect, the transplanted success rate was orthogonal test. The results showed that the seedling holding height h had a significant effect on the success rate of transplanted plants, while the hole diameter d, the spacing adjustment speed v1, the blow seed positive pressure p1 had no significant effect; when the hole diameter d was 15 mm, the spacing adjustment speed v1 was 50 mm/s, blow seedling positive pressure p1 was 1 000 Pa, seedling clamping height h was 45 mm, the transplanted success rate of group culture seedlings was the highest, was 87.98%, and the transplanting effect of the adsorption end-effector was the best, the transplanting efficiency was 2 087 plants/hour, which met the design requirements.
