凹坑直径变化对仿生离心泵宽频噪声的影响

Influence of pit diameter on broadband noise of bionic centrifugal pump

  • 摘要: 为了降低离心泵的宽频噪声,减少其对离心泵运行的影响,采用数值计算方法,提出并试验了一种在叶片表面布置凹坑,并使凹坑参数在流向上变化的离心泵仿生降噪方法.在此基础上提出一种针对宽频噪声的指标公式,采用正交设计方法优化变量来减少设计维度,并使用均匀设计法证实了该降噪方法的可行性,最终获得了降噪效果较好的样本.研究表明,在对外特性几乎无影响的条件下,文中方法显著降低了离心泵宽频流动噪声.模拟结果还显示,不同样本的定常流动图像无可见区别,据此推测凹坑结构的降噪效果与微观或非定常的流动现象有关.研究结果对于推动凹坑形仿生结构对离心泵宽频降噪的研究提供了一定的帮助.

     

    Abstract: A bionic noise reduction method of the centrifugal pump was proposed and tested by means of numerical calculation, in which pits were arranged on the blade surface and the pit parameters were changed in the direction of flow.Based on this, an index formula for broadband noise was proposed. The orthogonal design method was used to optimize the variables to reduce the design dimension, and the uniform design method was used to verify the feasibility of the noise reduction method. Finally, a sample with good noise reduction effect was obtained.The results show that the broadband flow noise of the centrifugal pump is significantly reduced under the condition of almost no influence on the hydraulic characteristics.The simulation results also show that there is no discernible difference between the steady flow images of different samples. The result is help to promote study on the effect of bionic structure on broadband noise of centrifugal pump.
