时序效应对多级侧流道泵压力脉动的影响

Influence of clocking effect on pressure pulsation of multistage side channel pump

  • 摘要: 为了厘清多级叶轮与侧流道之间的干涉作用以及泵级间的流动形式,从而提高侧流道泵的水力性能和运行可靠性,选取一台带有前置离心叶轮并串联两级径向叶轮的多级侧流道泵作为研究对象,利用ANSYS CFX软件对其进行数值模拟计算.通过傅里叶变换和小波分解方法,研究不同时序位置对叶轮内部和出口处压力脉动的影响,发现侧流道泵最佳时序位置角度与叶轮级数成反比,而与叶片夹角成正比.经过时序位置的优化调整,可以降低侧流道泵的振动并提高出口压力的稳定性,从而提高侧流道泵的整体性能.研究结果可为多级侧流道泵的设计提供有效的参考意见.

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the interference between the multistage impeller and the side channel and the flow form between the pump stages, so as to improve the hydraulic performance and operation reliability of the side channel pump, a multistage side channel pump with front centrifugal impeller and two-stage radial impeller was selected as the research object. The ANSYS CFX was used for the simulation in this work, and then the influence of different clocking position on pressure pulsation inside the impeller and at the outlet was investigated by Fourier variation and wavelet decomposition methods. The results show that the appropriate clocking position can effectively improve the pressure pulsation amplitude of multistage side channel pump. The optimal clocking position angle of the side channel pump is inversely proportional to the impeller stage and proportional to the blade angle. After the optimal adjustment of the clocking position, the overall vibration and the pressure pulsation at the outlet part can be reduced. The research result provides an effective reference for the design of the multistage side channel pump.
