氧化剂处理对翅碱蓬种子萌发的影响

Effects of Oxidants Treatment on Seed Germination of Suaeda salsa

  • 摘要: 为完善退化翅碱蓬湿地生态恢复与重建技术,通过水培实验分析了3种典型氧化剂不同浓度和不同处理时间对翅碱蓬种子萌发的影响。结果表明,采用适宜浓度的氧化剂处理能够显著提高翅碱蓬种子萌发率和萌发速率;3种氧化剂的不同处理时间对翅碱蓬种子萌发率影响不显著,对萌发速率有一定影响;3种氧化剂处理翅碱蓬种子最佳处理时间为12 h,氧化剂处理翅碱蓬种子的萌发率顺序为:KNO3>H2O2>KMnO4,萌发速率顺序为:KNO3>H2O2>KMnO4;翅碱蓬种子萌发的最佳处理条件为0.3%KNO3处理12 h,与对照相比,萌发率和萌发速率分别提高15.00%和24.06%。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques of degraded Suaeda salsa wetland, the effects of different concentrations and treatment time of three typical oxidants on seed germination of S. salsa were analyzed by hydroponic experiments.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of oxidant treatment could significantly improve the germination percentage and germination rate of S. salsa seeds.The different treatment time of the three oxidants had no significant effect on the seed germination percentage of S. salsa,but had a certain effect on the seed germination rate.The optimal treatment time of the three oxidants was 12 h.The germination percentage of the S. salsa seeds treated by the oxidants was KNO3>H2O2>KMnO4,while the germination rate was KNO3>H2O2>KMnO4.The optimal treatment condition was 0.3% KNO3 treatment for 12 h.Compared with the control, the germination percentage and germination rate increased by 15.00% and 24.06%,respectively.
