Abstract:
In order to improve the ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques of degraded Suaeda salsa wetland, the effects of different concentrations and treatment time of three typical oxidants on seed germination of S. salsa were analyzed by hydroponic experiments.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of oxidant treatment could significantly improve the germination percentage and germination rate of S. salsa seeds.The different treatment time of the three oxidants had no significant effect on the seed germination percentage of S. salsa,but had a certain effect on the seed germination rate.The optimal treatment time of the three oxidants was 12 h.The germination percentage of the S. salsa seeds treated by the oxidants was KNO

2>KMnO4,while the germination rate was KNO

2>KMnO
4.The optimal treatment condition was 0.3% KNO
3 treatment for 12 h.Compared with the control, the germination percentage and germination rate increased by 15.00% and 24.06%,respectively.
