不同浓度钙离子对越南槐种子萌发的影响

Effects of Different Calcium Ions Concentrations on Seed Germination of Sophora tonkinensis

  • 摘要: 以越南槐种子为实验材料,筛选种子消毒的最佳方式及种子萌发的最佳条件,考察了不同浓度CaCl2溶液对种子萌发的影响。结果显示,2%次氯酸钠×20 min为最佳消毒方式;25℃×黑暗×滤纸为最佳萌发条件;种子萌发率随CaCl2溶液处理浓度的增加而降低,萌发种子的含水量随着处理浓度的增加而减少,总可溶性糖含量及丙二醛含量随处理浓度的增加而增加,过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性随着处理浓度的增加而增强,表明CaCl2溶液处理主要产生渗透胁迫作用。

     

    Abstract: In this study, the seeds of Sophora tonkinensis were used as experimental materials to select the best way of seed disinfection and the best condition of seed germination, and the effects of different concentrations of CaCl2 solution on seed germination were also investigated.The results showed that the treatment with 2% sodium hypochlorite for 20 min was the best disinfection method and the germination in filter paper at 25 ℃ under dark was the best germination condition.And, the germination rate of seeds decreased with the increase of CaCl2 solution concentration, and the water content of germination seeds decreased with the increase of CaCl2 solution concentration.The content of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde increased with the increase of CaCl2 concentration, while the activities of catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase also increased with the increase of CaCl2 concentration, indicating that the osmotic stress was mainly caused by CaCl2 solution treatment.
