黄淮海夏玉米品种主要性状遗传多样性研究
Study and Analysis on Genetic Diversity of Main Traits of Summer Maize Varieties in Huang-Huai-Hai Region

摘要: 为挖掘玉米种质资源类型及其利用潜力,对2017年黄淮海夏玉米区域试验的36个品系的农艺性状进行了遗传多样性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,产量性状的遗传多样性指数最大,平均为1.800,抗病虫性的遗传多样性指数最小,平均为1.453 4,其中南方锈病的遗传多样性指数仅为0.346。主成分分析的前4个主成分(产量、生育期、株高、穗位高)对变异的贡献率达58.64%;聚类分析将参试品系分为3大类,6个亚类,41.2%的品系分布在与对照相同的组群,表明参试品系与生产上推广的当家品种有较小的种质趋同性。Abstract: In order to excavate the types of maize germplasm resources and their utilization potential, genetic diversity analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on the agronomic traits of 36 maize lines from the Huang-Huai-Hai summer maize regional experiment in 2017.The results showed that the genetic diversity index of yield trait was the highest with an average of 1.800,and the genetic diversity index of resistance to pests and diseases was the lowest with an average of 1.453 4,among which the genetic diversity index of the southern rustwas only 0.346.The contribution rate of the first four principal components(yield, growth period, plant height and spike height) to variation was 58.64%.Cluster analysis divided the tested lines into 3 categories and 6 subcategories.41.2% of the tested lines were distributed in the same group as the control group, which indicated that the tested lines had less germplasm similarity with the dominant varieties popularized in production.
