基于HeraclesⅡ超快速气相电子鼻的牛膝种子快速鉴别研究

Study on Rapid Identification of Achyranthes bidentata Seeds Based on HERACLES Ⅱ Ultrafast Gas Phase Electronic Nose

  • 摘要: 通过HeraclesⅡ超快速气相电子鼻技术,建立不同牛膝种子的快速鉴别方法。结果表明,通过Arochembase数据库对比分析,秋子与蔓苔子的气味特征差异小;PCA模型可明显区分不同牛膝种子;运用判别因子模型能够实现对牛膝种子的快速鉴别。HeraclesⅡ超快速气相电子鼻技术可用于不同牛膝种子的快速鉴别,为中药材种子资源鉴别提供新技术和新方法。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a rapid method for the identification of different Achyranthia bidentata seeds through HERACADSⅡ Ultra-fast Gas Phase Electronic Nose Technology was developed.The results showed that there was little difference in odor characteristics between Qiuzi and Mantaizi through comparative analysis of Arochembase database, and PCA model could clearly distinguish different A. bidentata seeds.In addition, the discriminant factor model could be used to quickly identify the seeds of A. bidentata.In conclusion, the HERACESⅡ Ultra-fast Gas Phase Electronic Nose Technology could be used for rapid identification of different A. bidentata seeds, providing a new technology and method for the identification of Chinese herbal medicine seed resources.
