10份贵州地方柚资源果实品质分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Fruit Quality of 10 Local Pomelo Resources in Guizhou

  • 摘要: 为保护和利用地方柚资源,挖掘优良品质,收集了贵州10个地方柚品种,测定果实外观品质和内在品质相关指标,并进行相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,10个地方柚各品质性状存在显著差异,类黄酮含量变异系数最大;主成分中5个主成分累计贡献率为92.23%。将10个柚品种分为3个群体,各群体间差异较明显。印江红香柚、石阡红香柚、德江红橙2、印江红橙1和印江红橙2综合品质较好。

     

    Abstract: In order to protect and use the local pomelo resources and explore the excellent quality, 10 local pomelo varieties in Guizhou were collected, and the related indexes of fruit appearance quality and internal quality were determined. And, the correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were also carried out. The results showed that there were significant differences in quality traits among the 10 Local varieties of pomelo, and the variation coefficient of flavonoid content was the largest. The cumulative contribution rate of 5 principal components was 92.23%. The 10 pomelo varieties were divided into 3 groups, and the differences among groups were significant. The comprehensive quality of Hongxiangyou from Yinjiang, Hongxiangyou from Shiqian, Hongcheng 2 from Dejiang, Hongcheng 1 from Yinjiang and Hongcheng 2 from Yinjiang was better.
