Abstract:
In order to protect and use the local pomelo resources and explore the excellent quality, 10 local pomelo varieties in Guizhou were collected, and the related indexes of fruit appearance quality and internal quality were determined. And, the correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were also carried out. The results showed that there were significant differences in quality traits among the 10 Local varieties of pomelo, and the variation coefficient of flavonoid content was the largest. The cumulative contribution rate of 5 principal components was 92.23%. The 10 pomelo varieties were divided into 3 groups, and the differences among groups were significant. The comprehensive quality of Hongxiangyou from Yinjiang, Hongxiangyou from Shiqian, Hongcheng 2 from Dejiang, Hongcheng 1 from Yinjiang and Hongcheng 2 from Yinjiang was better.
