Abstract:
In order to investigate the grading standard of Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.) Sreng seedling quality, 10 batches of 1011 seedlings of A. sinensis seedlings were collected from the main production areas of A. sinensis seedlings as the research materials, and 10 main quality indexes were measured. Meanwhile, the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and K-cluster analysis were carried out to classify the A. sinensis seedlings according to the actual production of seedlings. Through data analysis and combined with the actual production, three indexes of seedling height, ground diameter and branch number were finally selected as the basis for grading. The seedlings of A. sinensis seedling were divided into three grades, and the final grading standard was: Ⅰ grade seedling was identified as seedling height≥112 cm, ground diameter≥11 mm, branch number≥3, while Ⅱ grade seedling was recognized as 112 cm>seedling height≥89 cm, 11 mm>ground diameter≥9 mm, 3>branch number≥2. And, Ⅲ grade seedling(unqualified seedling) was identified as seedling height<89 cm, ground diameter<9 mm and branch number<2. The final grading results could be used to establish quality grading standards of A. sinensis seedlings, distinguish seedling grades, exclude unqualified seedlings and price qualified seedlings, so as to ensure the scale, specialization and standardization of A. sinensis industry and ensure the sustainable development of A. sinensis resources.
