Abstract:
The growth rules of seedling height and ground diameter of annual seedlings of 5 provenances of Euscaphis japonica in Guizhou were observed. The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in seedling height and ground diameter among different E. japonica sources, which were in line with the Logistic growth curve. The whole growth period was divided into four stages, namely period of emergence, early growth stage, rapid growth stage and late growth stage. The provenance from Nayong had a short growth period and a fast growth rate, and entered the later growth period earlier than other provenances, and the seedling height continued to grow after entering the later growth period. The fast-growing period of ground diameter of the provenance from western Guizhou was later than that of other provenances, and the ground diameter of seedlings in the growth period was higher than that of other provenances. The growth duration of seedling height and ground diameter was not consistent, and there was a difference of about half a month between seedling height and ground diameter. In general, seedling height and ground diameter growth of Nayong and Qianxi provenances were higher than those of Rongjiang, Dafang and Daozhen provenances.
