不同种源桃金娘种子萌发特性研究

Study on Seed Germination Characteristics of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa from Different Provenances

  • 摘要: 以天然分布于我国6个省21个不同区域的桃金娘种源种子为材料,探究MgCl2、KCl溶液和常温去离子水(ck)浸泡处理对各种源发芽特性的影响。结果表明,在ck处理下,各种源发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势差异显著,发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势较高的为广东惠阳、廉江、广西都安和海南临高等种源。相比ck, MgCl2溶液浸种显著降低广东大鹏、廉江、广西陆川和海南临高种源的发芽率,但显著提高了福建连城、广东惠阳、大鹏新区等种源的发芽势。KCl溶液浸种,显著降低了广东潮安、广西陆川等种源的发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the effects of MgCl2 solution, KCl solution and normal temperature deionized water(ck) soaking treatment on germination characteristics of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa provenances from 21 different regions distributed naturally in 6 provinces in China were investigated. The results showed that there were significant differences in germination rate, germination index and germination potential among different provenances under ck treatment, the higher germination rate, germination index and germination potential of R. tomentosa provenances were found in Huiyang of Guangdong, Lianjiang of Guangdong, Du’an of Guangxi and Lingao of Hainan. Compared with ck, seed-soaking treatment with MgCl2 solution significantly reduced the germination rate of provenances from Dapeng of Guangdong, Lianjiang of Guangdong, Luchuan of Guangxi, and Lingao of Hainan, but significantly increased the germination potential of provenances from Liancheng of Fujian, Huiyang of Guangdong, and Dapeng New District of Guangdong. The germination rate, germination index and germination potential of provenances from Chaoan of Guangdong and Luchuan of Guangxi were significantly decreased by soaking seeds with KCl solution.
