重离子辐射技术在芸豆品种选育中的利用

Application of Heavy Ion Radiation Technique in Kidney Bean Varieties Breeding

  • 摘要: 对YF-2,YF-3和YF-5三个红芸豆抗病株系的干种子进行重离子束辐照处理剂量100 Gy,研究其对出苗、植株性状、青荚及产量的影响。结果表明,M2代植株的株高、主茎分枝数、单株荚数和单荚粒数均高于未经辐照处理的植株,青荚长宽增加,百粒重、产量也得到较大提高。并且从重离子辐射后代材料中选育出综合性状优良的芸豆新品种芸选2号。

     

    Abstract: The dry seeds of red kidney bean disease-resistant lines YF-2,YF-3 and YF-5 were irradiated with heavy ion beam at 100 Gy dose, and the effects of radiation on emergence rate, plant traits, green pod and yield had also been studied. The results showed that the plant height, number of branches in main stem, number of pods per plant and number of seeds per pod of M2 plants were higher than those of unirradiated plants, and the length and width of green pods increased. The 100-seed weight and yield were also greatly increased. A new variety of kidney bean, namely Yunxuan 2 with good comprehensive traits, was bred from the progenies treated with heavy ion radiation.
