作物种子等离子体激活装备关键技术及示范应用研究

摘要: 针对传统农垦作物种子处理技术的不足,利用等离子体辉光放电产生真空紫外激活种子的活力,提高种子抗逆性和作物产量。对比研究了国内外等离子体种子激活装备放电关键技术,开发等离子体激活自动化生产线,实现农垦类种子等离子体激活处理的连续化生产,探讨了农垦类种子等离子体激活生产工艺和示范基地应用研究。研究表明:激活处理效果重复性好,产量和酶的活性提高,收获期提前,处理速度快,生产效率高,农垦类作物种子等离子体激活生产线及其生产工艺为种子激活智能处理提供了较好的范式。Abstract: In view of the shortage of traditional seed treatment technology, vacuum UV was generated by plasma glow discharge to activate the vigor of seeds and improve the seed resistance and crop yield. The key discharge technology of plasma seed activation equipment at home and abroad was compared and studied, and the automatic production line of plasma activation was developed to realize continuous production of plasma activation treatment for agricultural seed. The production technology of plasma activation for agricultural seed and the application research of demonstration base were also discussed. The results showed that the activation treatment had good repeatability, increased yield and enzyme activity, advanced harvest time, fast processing speed and high production efficiency. The plasma activation production line and its production technology provided a good paradigm for seed activation intelligent treatment.
