碱性盐胁迫对3个国外引进工业大麻品种萌发特性的影响及评价

Effect and Evaluation of Alkaline Salt Stress on Germination Characteristics of Three Introduced Industrial Hemp Varieties

  • 摘要: 为了解国外引进工业大麻品种耐碱性盐的强弱,以格列西亚(V 1)、金刀15(V 2)、格里昂(V 3)为试验材料,模拟大庆地区农田苏打盐碱土的碱度,研究了对照(pH值7.0)、轻度(pH值7.89)、中度(pH值8.91)、重度(pH值9.44)碱性盐胁迫下工业大麻种子的萌发和幼苗生长量的变化并进行评价。结果表明,碱性盐对工业大麻种子的萌发和幼苗生长量具有明显的抑制作用;在碱性盐胁迫下,随着pH值的升高,各品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长、胚芽长及胚芽+胚根鲜重呈逐渐降低的趋势,而碱性盐盐害指数呈逐渐增加的趋势,且不同工业大麻品种耐碱性盐的程度各不相同;高碱性盐胁迫下,工业大麻种子在萌发后期,胚根和胚芽开始变黄腐烂;通过耐碱性盐的综合评价可知,3个工业大麻品种的耐碱性盐顺序为V 1>V 3>V 2。该研究丰富了工业大麻的种质资源,并对苏打盐碱地区推广工业大麻种植具有实际指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the alkali salt-tolerant strength of introduced industrial hemp varieties, the Geliexiya(V 1),Jindao 15(V 2) and Geliang(V 3) were used as experimental materials to study growth by simulating the alkalinity of farmland in Daqing region.And, the changes of seed germination and seedling growth of industrial hemp under alkaline salt stress were also studied and evaluated under control(pH 7.0),mild(pH 7.89),moderate(pH 8.91) and severe(pH 9.44).The results showed that alkaline salt had obvious inhibitory effect on the seed germination and seedling growth of industrial hemp.Under alkaline salt stress, with the increase of pH value, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, radicle length, embryo length and fresh weight of germ with radicle showed a gradually decreasing trend, while the alkali salt damage index showed a gradually increasing trend.The alkali salt tolerance degree of different industrial hemp varieties was different.Under the stress of strong alkaline salt, the radicle and germ began to turn yellow and decay in the later stage of germination of industrial hemp seeds.According to the comprehensive evaluation of alkaline salt tolerance, the order of alkaline salt tolerance of the three industrial hemp varieties was V 1>V 3>V 2.This study enriched the seed resources of industrial hemp and had practical guiding significance for promoting industrial hemp cultivation in saline area.
