不同植物生长调节剂对冰菜种子萌发的影响

Effects of Different Plant Growth Regulators on Seed Germination of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum

  • 摘要: 以冰菜种子为试验材料,用不同浓度梯度的赤霉素(GA3)、3-吲哚乙酸(IAA)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、乙烯利(ETH)、脱落酸(ABA)对冰菜种子进行浸种处理,测定冰菜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,探究植物外源激素对冰菜种子萌发的影响。结果表明,120 mg·L-1的GA3、150 mg·L-1的IAA、2 mg·L-1的6-BA、80 mg·L-1的ETH最有利于冰菜种子的萌发;ABA对冰菜种子的萌发总体起抑制作用。几种植物生长调节剂对冰菜种子萌发的促进作用从大到小排列顺序为:GA3>IAA>ETH>6-BA>ABA。

     

    Abstract: In this study, the Mesembryanthemum crystallinum seeds were soaked with gibberellin(GA3),3-indole acetic acid(IAA),6-benzylamino purine(6-BA),ethephon(ETH) and abscisic acid(ABA) at different concentration gradients, and the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of the seeds were determined in order to explore the effects of plant exogenous hormones on seed germination of M. crystallinum.The results showed that 120 mg·L-1 of GA3,150 mg·L-1 of IAA, 2 mg·L-1 of 6-BA and 80 mg·L-1 of ETH were the most favorable for seed germination.And, ABA had a general inhibitory effect on seed germination.The order of promoting effects of several plant growth regulators on seed germination followed as GA3>IAA>ETH>6-BA>ABA.
