香菇菌种生产中木霉侵染过程研究

Study on Trichoderma Infection Process in Lentinus edodes Strain Production

  • 摘要: 贵州香菇菌种生产过程中菌棒受侵染问题十分严重,为查清侵染香菇菌棒的病原及其对香菇菌丝的侵染过程,以贵州5个香菇菌种生产基地分离获得形态相似的菌株(编号:GZCC 21-0004)为实验材料,对其进行研究。结果表明,结合形态学特征和分子生物学将该菌株鉴定为哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)复合种下的Trichoderma lentinulae;通过平板对峙、载玻片对峙以及代谢物抑制作用等实验研究该木霉侵染香菇菌丝过程,发现T.lentinulae侵染香菇菌丝分5个步骤:贴附生长、缠绕包裹、分泌色素、顶端破裂、中空皱缩;代谢物抑制实验结果显示,T.lentinulae菌丝、代谢产物以及挥发产物对香菇菌丝的抑制率分别为51%、57%、82%,其中挥发性产物的抑制率最高。

     

    Abstract: The problem of infection of Lentinus edodes rod during the production of L. edodes in Guizhou province is very serious. In order to find out the pathogen of L. edodes and its infection process to L. edodes mycelium, a similar strain(No.GZCC 21-0004) was obtained from five production bases of L. edodes in Guizhou province as the experimental material and studied.The results showed that the pathogen was identified as Trichoderma lentinulae of the complex species of Trichoderma harzianum based on morphological characteristics and fractionation bionomics.The process of Trichoderma infestation on the mycelia of L. edodes was studied by plate confrontation, slide confrontation and metabolite inhibition, and the results showed that infecting process of L. edodes with T. lentinulae could be divided into five steps, namely growth of attachment, wrapping, separation of chromatin, rupture of apex, and shrinkage of middle space.And, the results showed that the inhibitory rates of T. lentinulae mycelia, metabolites and volatiles to L. edodes mycelia were 51%,57% and 82%,respectively, and the inhibitory rate of volatiles was the highest.
