宁夏春小麦品种宁春27号成株期抗条锈性遗传分析
Genetic Analysis of Stripe Rust Resistance of Spring Wheat Variety Ningchun 27 in Ningxia at Adult-plant Stage

摘要: 为明确宁夏春小麦品种宁春27号成株期抗条锈性的遗传基础,以宁春4号和宁春27号杂交重组自交系为材料,应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分析方法,解析宁春27号条锈病抗性的遗传特点。结果表明,宁春27号对小麦条锈病抗性属于成株期抗性,RILs群体成株抗性连续分布,且为数量性状。以反应型和严重度数据进行遗传分析,宁春27号含有2对成株期抗条锈病性主基因,主基因表现的作用方式不同,反应型的最适遗传模型为2 MG-Duplicate,严重度的最适模型为2 MG-Inhibiting。用普遍率分析得出,宁春27号含有3对成株期抗条锈病性主基因,其最适遗传模型为3 MG-AI。Abstract: To clarify the genetic basis of stripe rust resistance of spring wheat variety Ningchun 27 in Ningxia at adult-plant stage, the hybrid inbred lines of Ningchun 4 and Ningchun 27 were used as materials to analyze the genetic characteristics of stripe rust resistance in Ningchun 27 based on genetic model method of major genes for quantitative traits in plants combined with polygenetic mixing.The results showed that stripe rust resistance of Ningchun 27 belonged to the resistant type of adult-plant stage, and the resistant type in RILs population was distributed continuously, being a quantitative traits. According to the genetic analysis of responding type and severity of the disease, Ningchun 27 contained two pairs of main genes for resistance to stripe rust at adult-plant stage, and the main genes showed different modes of action. The optimal genetic model of responding type was 2 MGDuplicate while the optimal model of severity was 2 MG-Inhibiting. Moreover, the Ningchun 27 contained three pairs of main genes for resistance to stripe rust at adult-plant stage based on the analysis of prevalence rate, and the optimal genetic model was 3 Mg-AI.
