多花黄精种子化学成分及萌发的研究进展

Advances in Studies on Chemical Constituents and Germination of Polygonatum cyrtonema Seeds

  • 摘要: 多花黄精作为我国名贵的药食同源多年生草本植物,可补气养阴、消炎止痛和健脾润肺,常用于治疗头痛、冠心病、高脂血症等。近几年,随着食用植物油的迅速发展,多花黄精种子化学成分特别是脂肪酸成分的研究进一步深入,但多花黄精种子具有综合休眠特性,阻碍了其种质资源的充分开发与利用。本文对多花黄精种子的形态结构、化学成分及萌发研究进展进行论述,旨在为多花黄精种质资源收集和开发利用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The Polygonatum cyrtonema,as a rare perennial herb with homology of medicine and food in China, can nourish qi and Yin, relieve inflammation and pain, strengthen spleen and moisten lung, and it is often used in the treatment of headache, coronary heart disease, hyperlipemia and so on. In recent years, with the rapid development of edible vegetable oil, the study on chemical components of P. cyrtonema seeds, especially fatty acids, has been further deepened.However, P. cyrtonema seeds have comprehensive dormancy characteristics, which hinder the full development and utilization of P. cyrtonema germplasms. In order to provide valuable reference for the collection, development and utilization of P. cyrtonema germplasms, the morphological structure, chemical components and the progress of seed germination of P. cyrtonema are reviewed in this paper.
