6个新选玉米自交系的配合力分析

Combining Ability Analysis of Six Newly Selected Maize Inbred Lines

  • 摘要: 用12个玉米自交系以不完全双列杂交配成36个组合,对单株产量等11个主要性状的配合力进行分析。结果表明,父本中P 18-7、丹340的一般配合力较高,母本中P 18-12、P 18-13的一般配合力较高。在育种上运用一般配合力效应值较高的玉米自交系,可以组配出优势强的杂交后代。特殊配合力较高的杂交组合是P 18-13×P 18-7、P 18-15×丹340、P 18-10×w 527、P 18-13×P 1811、P 18-14×P 1811和P 18-14×苏37。其中一般配合力表现较突出的父本自交系P 18-7,与具有较高一般配合力的母本自交系P 18-13杂交,得到的P 18-13×P 18-7组合的特殊配合力相对较高,可初步判断这个组合具有应用价值,值得进一步测配筛选利用。

     

    Abstract: In this study, twelve maize inbred lines were used to construct 36 combinations by incomplete diallel cross, and the combining ability of 11 main traits such as yield per plant was also analyzed. The results showed that the general combining ability(GCA) of P 18-7 and Dan 340 was higher in the male parents, while the GCA of P 18-12 and P 18-13 was higher in the female parents.In breeding, maize inbred lines with higher effect value of GCA can produce superior hybrid offspring.The crosses with higher special combining ability were P 18-13 × P 18-7, P 18-15 × Dan 340,P 18-10 × W 527,P 18-13 × P 1811,P 18-14 × P 1811 and P 18-14 × Su 37.Among them, the male inbred line P 18-7 with outstanding GCA was crossed with the female inbred line P 18-13 with high GCA,and the P 18-13 × P 18-7 combination had relatively high special combining ability.It was preliminarily judged that this combination had application value and was worth further testing, screening and utilization.
