Abstract: Gansu Jiuquan has a long history of seed production.In addition to ensuring domestic demand, the seeds are also sold to more than 50 countries and regions around the world. It is a valuable seed production base for melons and vegetables.In this study, the risks and challenges faced by Jiuquan base were analyzed and put forward through field research, visit discussion, and comprehensive measures were put forward to strengthen the base investment and continuously promote the sustainable development of Jiuquan base.
