不同糜子材料萌发期和苗期对干旱胁迫的响应及抗旱性评价
Response and Drought Resistance Evaluation of Different Panicum miliaceum Materials at Germination and Seedling Stage to Drought Stress

摘要: 以20份糜子(Panicum miliaceum L.)材料为研究对象,采用20%PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱,研究干旱胁迫对糜子种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理指标的影响,比较其抗旱性。结果表明,20份糜子材料萌发期抗旱性间存在差异;干旱胁迫下,20份糜子材料幼苗生长均受到了不同程度的抑制,株高和根长均低于对照(除TL和ML外);幼苗地下部生长速度快于地上部的;RWC与对照相比呈下降趋势,且降幅在不同材料间存在差异;叶片内MDA和Pro含量均高于对照,且增加量在不同材料间有差异,但XY和TG叶片内MDA含量低于对照。Abstract: In this study, twenty Panicum miliaceum materials were selected as the research subjects to investigate the effects of drought stress on seed germination, seedling growth and physiological indexes of P. miliaceum by simulate drought stress with 20% PEG-6000 solution. The results showed that there were differences in drought resistance among the 20 P. miliaceum at germination stage. Under drought stress, the seedling growth of 20 P. miliaceum was inhibited to varying degrees, and the plant height and root length were lower than those of the control(except TL and ML). Seedling growing faster underground than above ground, while RWC showed a decreasing trend compared with the control, and the decreasing rate was different among different materials. The content of MDA and Pro in leaves was higher than that in the control, and the increase was different among different materials, but the content of MDA in XY and TG leaves was lower than that in the control.
