39份老芒麦种质资源表型多样性分析

Phenotypic Diversity Analysis of 39 Germplasm Resources of Old Elymus sibiricus

  • 摘要: 解析老芒麦种质资源表型性状的遗传多样性,可为老芒麦育种及重要性状深入研究提供参考。以39份老芒麦种质为材料对其主要表型性状进行统计分析,结果表明,39份老芒麦种质资源存在丰富的遗传变异,性状变异系数在8.53%~41.52%之间,其中,小穗宽度的遗传变异最大,为39.95%,千粒重的广义遗传力最大,为72.55%;相关性分析表明,株高、茎节数、穗长、旗叶长等与产量相关的指标间呈正相关关系;主成分分析提取了前6个主成分,其累计贡献率为78.29%。聚类分析将39份老芒麦种质分为5类,其中第2类种质植株高大,叶片大、小穗数多、千粒重较大,可以作为选育高产的目标亲本加以利用。

     

    Abstract: The analysis of genetic diversity of phenotypic traits in germplasm resources of old Elymus sibiricus can provide reference for breeding and further study of important traits of E. sibiricus. And, the main phenotypic traits of 39 germplasms of old E. sibiricus were statistically analyzed. The results showed that there were abundant genetic variation in 39 E. sibiricus germplasms, and the coefficient of variation of traits ranged from 8.53% to 41.52%. The genetic variation of spikelet width was 39.95%, and the generalized heritability of 1 000-grain weight was 72.55%. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between plant height, stem node number, tassels length and flag leaf length and yield. The first six principal components were extracted by principal component analysis, and their cumulative contribution rate was 78.29%. The 39 E. sibiricus germplasms were divided into 5 groups by cluster analysis. The second group of germplasm could be used as the target parent for breeding high yield with tall plants, large leaves, large spikelet number and large 1 000-grain weight.
