基于SSR标记的山西玉米自交系的核心种质构建

Core Germplasm Construction of Shanxi Maize Inbred Line Based on SSR Markers

  • 摘要: 以224份山西玉米自交系为材料,采用多次聚类结合优先取样法构建了包含68份种质的核心种质。经过对以SSR标记8次抽样比例形成的候选核心种质进行分析,30.36%为构建核心种质的最佳抽样比例。核心种质、原始种质及保留种质的4个遗传参数t检验结果表明,该核心种质最大程度代表了原始种质的遗传多样性,同时保留种质也保留了原始种质的遗传多样性。构建的核心种质将有利于育种人员对育种材料的评价、保存、研究和在育种中的有效利用。

     

    Abstract: Using 224 Shanxi maize inbred lines as materials, the core germplasm containing 68 germplasms was constructed by multiple clustering and preferential sampling method. The results showed that 30.36% was the best sampling ratio for the candidate core germplasms based on the analysis of the candidate core germplasms acquired by 8 times sampling ratio by SSR markers. The results of T-test for four genetic parameters of core germplasm, original germplasm and reserved germplasm showed that the core germplasm represented the genetic diversity of the original germplasm to the greatest extent, while the reserved germplasm also retained the genetic diversity of the original germplasm. In a word, the constructed core germplasm will be beneficial to the evaluation, preservation, research and effective utilization of breeding materials.
