不同处理方法对菊芋种子萌发的影响

Contrastive Study on Seed Initiation of Helianthus tuberosus by Different Treatments

  • 摘要: 为探究引发菊芋种子的最佳方法,以有性繁殖获得的菊芋种子为研究材料,通过低温、干湿交替和温汤浸种三种物理方法处理菊芋种子,研究不同处理方法对菊芋种子发芽的影响。结果表明,温汤浸种处理效果最好,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数分别达53.33%,15.56%和1.93;通过不同浓度氢氧化钠浸泡、赤霉素浸泡两种化学方法处理菊芋种子,30 g·L-1的氢氧化钠浸泡效果最好,菊芋种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别达38.89%、10.00%和1.60;通过不同浓度氯化钠和赤霉素引发回干处理菊芋种子,20 g·L-1氯化钠引发回干处理效果最好,菊芋种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别达44.44%、14.44%和1.40。通过综合对比,温汤浸种为引发菊芋种子的最佳方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to select the best method for Jerusalem artichoke(Helianthus tuberosus)seeds initiation, sexual reproduction seeds of Jerusalem artichoke were studied by low temperature, alternating wet and dry, warmsoup soaked. The results showed that the best method of initiating Jerusalem artichoke seeds waswarm soup soaking, the germination rate, germination power and germination index reached 53.33%,15.56% and 1.93 respectively. The seeds studied by sodium hydroxide soaked and gibberellicacid soaked, results showed that the best method of initiating Jerusalem artichoke seeds was 30 g·L-1 sodium hydroxide soaking, germination rate, germination power and germination indexreached 38.89%,10.0% and 1.60 respectively. The seeds studied by sodium chloride induced and gibberellic acid induced backdrying. Meanwhile the best method of initiating Jerusalem artichoke seeds was 20 g·L-1 sodium chloride induced back drying and the germination rate, germination power and germination index reached 44.44%,14.4% and 1.40 respectively. By comprehensive comparison, results showed that the best method of initiating Jerusalem artichoke seeds was warm soup soaking. This study provides reference for the utilization and development of Jerusalem artichoke seeds in the future.
