南方高产广适优质花生品种桂花36及其高产机制

Breeding of A New Peanut Variety “Guihua 36” with High Yield,High Quality,and Wide Adaptability in South China and Its High Yield Mechanism

  • 摘要: 0442/3001-18与(025春/26×汕油162)F5杂交育成的花生品种桂花36综合性状优异,具有高产、稳产、高油、出仁率高、壳薄、籽仁产量高、适应性广等优点。在国家南方片区域试验中,荚果和籽仁平均产量分别比对照种"汕油523"增产280.43 kg·hm-2和301.88 kg·hm-2,增产率分别为7.35%和11.53%。在国家生产试验中,荚果和籽仁平均产量分别比对照种"汕油523"增产394.95 kg·hm-2和391.2 kg·hm-2,增产率分别为10.55%和15.12%。桂花36在净作和间作下均可实现高产。试验证实桂花36的高产与总开花数量和单株结果数紧密相关,阐明了该品种的高产机制。桂花36的平均粗脂肪含量53.53%;蛋白质含量24.71%;主茎高55.6 cm,分枝长63.3 cm;总分枝数6.9条,有效分枝数5.9条;单株结果数18.7个,公斤果数617个;饱果率86.7%;百果重181.5 g,百仁重63.5 g;出仁率71.3%。具有高产、稳产、高油、出仁率高等优点,综合性状优异,适应性广,可在南方各省区推广种植。

     

    Abstract: Using“0442/3001-18” as female parent and“(025 spring/26×Shanyou162)F5”as male. parent, the new peanut variety Guihua 36 was obtained by sexual hybridization. Guihua 36 has excellent comprehensive properties, such as high yield, stable yield, high oil, high kernel yield, thin shell, high seed yield and wide adaptability. The average pod and seed yield of Guihua 36 in the na-tional southern regional trial increased by 280.43 kg·hm-2”and 301.88 kg·hm-2”,7.35% and 11.53% respectively, compared with the control variety Shanyou 523. The average pod and seed yield of Guihua 36 in the national production trial increased by 394.95 kg·hm-2”and 391.2 kg·hm-2,10.55% and 15.12% respectively, compared with the control variety Shanyou 523. Guihua 36 has high yield under pure and intercroping planting patterns. Field experiments confirmed that the high yield of Guihua 36 was closely related to the total number of flowering and the total number of pods per plant, which clarified the high yield mechanism of this variety. The average crude fat content of Guihua 36 was 53.53%. The average protein content of Guihua 36 was 24.71%. Guihua 36 was characterized by 55.6 cm of the main stem height, 63.3 cm of the branch length, 6.9 branches of total branch number, 5.9 branches of effective branch number, 18.7 of pods number per plant, 617 of pods number per kg, 86.7% of full-pod rate, 181.5 g of 100-pod weight, 63.5 g of 100-seed weight, and 71.3% of ker-nel rate.
