基于贵州地区玉米DUS测试数量性状变异与分级标准研究

摘要: 科学进行数量性状分级对玉米DUS测试中品种描述与特异性判定意义重大。通过对2018—2019年272份玉米杂交种DUS测试数量性状进行个体测量,针对贵州地区玉米DUS测试数量性状变异情况进行统计,根据K-S检验分析各性状数据的分布规律,并对各数量性状进行分级与相关性分析。结果表明,雄穗一级侧枝数目与植株穗位高度在贵州地区变异系数较大,果穗直径变异系数最小;12个性状均呈现正态分布或近似正态分布,按极差大于等于2倍LSD0.05分级规则进行等距划分;雄穗最高位侧枝以上主轴长度与雄穗侧枝长度、雄穗最低位侧枝以上主轴长度的相关性均较高,为减少工作量,可将雄穗最高位侧枝以上主轴长度性状去除,保留雄穗侧枝长度、雄穗最低位侧枝以上主轴长度性状。Abstract: Scientific classification of quantitative traits is of great significance to variety description and specificity determination in maize DUS test.By individual measurement of DUS quantitative traits in 272 maize hybrids from 2018 to 2019,the variation of DUS quantitative traits in maize in Guizhou was statistically analyzed.The distribution law of each trait was analyzed based on K-S test, and the classification and correlation analysis of each quantitative trait were also conducted.The results showed that the variation coefficient of the number of the primary lateral branch of tassel and ear height of plant was larger in Guizhou area, while the variation coefficient of fruit cluster diameter was the smallest.The 12 traits showed normal distribution or nearly normal distribution, and isometric division was further performed according to the classification rule of range greater than or equal to 2 folds LSD0.05.The correlation between the length of the main axis above the branch of the highest position of tassel and the lateral branch length of tassel or the length of the main axis above the branch of the lowest position of tassel was high.To reduce the workload, the traits of main shaft length above the highest branch and the lowest branch of tassel could be removed, and the traits of main shaft length above the lowest branch of tassel could be retained.
