茎干通直与弯扭的云南松半同胞家系子代苗期生长表现
Seedling Growth Performance of Half-sib Families Progenies of Pinus yunnanensiswith Characteristics of Straight Stems and Twisted Stems

摘要: 为研究与评价云南松半同胞家系子代苗期生长表现,从云南新平分别采集通直和弯扭两种茎干类型的云南松种子为试验材料,对49个家系云南松一年生子代苗木苗高和地径生长量进行测定与分析。结果表明,茎干通直和弯扭两种类型的云南松半同胞家系子代苗高与地径变异均较丰富,其中苗高的变异系数分别为27.81%和31.26%,地径的变异系数分别为43.55%和43.85%,两种苗高和地径生长在家系间的差异均达到极显著水平。茎干通直型家系子代苗高和地径的遗传力分别为0.93和0.91,茎干弯扭型家系子代苗高和地径的遗传力分别为0.98和0.93,通直类型苗高生长表现较好的11个家系预期遗传增益平均为8.48%,地径生长表现较好的12个家系预期遗传增益平均为11.52%;弯扭类型苗高生长表现较好的6个家系预期遗传增益平均为36.03%,地径生长表现较好的9个家系预期遗传增益平均为15.26%。丰富的变异为今后优良家系筛选及优良品种审定提供了依据,较高的遗传力表明不同家系苗木生长受遗传因素的控制较高,为选择优良家系提供可靠保障。Abstract: To investigate and evaluate the seedling growth performance half-sib families progenies of Pinus yunnanensis, the seeds of P. yunnanensis with two phenotypes of straight and twisted stem were collected from Xinping of Yunnan province as experimental materials for sowing and breeding. The seedling height and ground diameter growth of the progenies of P. yunnanensis in 49 families were measured and analyzed. The variation coefficients of seedling height and ground diameter in the two types of P. yunnanensis were 27.81%, 31.26% and 43.55%, 43.85%, respectively, and the differences of seedling height and ground diameter between the two kinds of families were extremely significant. In addition, the heritability of seedling height in P. yunnanensis with straight stem and P. yunnanensis with twisted stem was 0.93 and 0.91 respectively, while the heritability of ground diameter in the two types of P. yunnanensis 0.98 and 0.93 respectively. And, the average expected genetic gain of 11 families with better performance in seedling height was 8.48%, while that of 12 families with better performance in diameter was 11.52%. The average expected genetic gain was 36.03% for 6 families with better growth performance in seedling height and 15.26% for 9 families with better growth performance in diameter of P. yunnanensis with twisted stem. The abundant variation provided the basis for the selection of superior families and the identification of superior varieties, and the higher heritability indicated that the growth of seedlings in different families was controlled by genetic factors, which provided reliable guarantee for the selection of superior families.
