辽宁滨海稻区粳稻种质耐盐性筛选与评价

Screening and Evaluation of Salt Tolerance of Japonica Rice Germplasms in Coastal Rice Region of Liaoning

  • 摘要: 盐碱胁迫是威胁水稻安全生产的重要因子。目前,在辽宁滨海稻区存在部分含盐量大于0.4%盐碱地,由于盐碱含量高,缺乏适合的品种进行开发种植。针对这一现状,本试验收集了93份粳稻种质,于0.4%盐胁迫下,分析了上述种质产量构成变化及对应的耐盐指数表现。结果表明,盐碱胁迫对有效穗数、每穴穗粒数及千粒重均具有显著影响,其中,每穴实粒数与产量耐盐指数的相关性最为显著,在各产量因子综合作用下,93份种质的产量均值下降幅度高达42.92%;而由淀粉合成酶引起的灌浆速率降低可能是影响每穗实粒数的主要因子;93份种质中,共有5份材料的耐盐性被定义为极强,分别为优育205、AT 5、盐19-1、盐19-9及盐19-11。

     

    Abstract: Salt-alkali stress is an important factor threatening rice production safety. At present, there are some saline-alkali lands with a salt content of more than 0.4% in coastal rice area of Liaoning. Due to the high salt content, there is a lack of suitable varieties for development and planting. In view of this situation, 93 japonica rice germplasms were collected and their yield composition and salt tolerance index were analyzed under 0.4% salt stress. The results showed that salt-alkali stress had significant effects on effective panicle number, panicle grain number per hole and 1 000-grain weight. And, the correlation between grain number per hole and salt tolerance index was the most significant. Under the comprehensive effect of various yield factors, the mean yield of 93 germplasms decreased by 42.92%. However, the decrease of filling rate caused by starch synthase may be the main factor affecting grain number per panicle. Among the 93 germplasms, 5 germplasms were defined as having extremely high salt tolerance, namely Youyu 205, AT 5, Yan 19-1, Yan 19-9 and Yan 19-11. The results provided technical support and excellent germplasm for breeding salt-tolerant varieties.
