Abstract:
In this paper, 12 KASP markers related to wheat quality, disease resistance and stress tolerance were used to detect the KASP markers in 54 dry-alkali wheat and farm wheat grown in Hebei province. The results showed that, in terms of quality, 15 materials contained glutenin subunit(5+10) with high molecular weight encoded by Glu-D1, and 32 materials were strong gluten haplotype containing Ax1 or Ax2
* of Glu-A1 gene. In terms of disease resistance, 25 of materials contained leaf rust resistance gene Lr34, and 27 contained fusarium head blight-resistant gene Fhb1. In terms of resistance to sprouting, 24 materials contained Tasdr-b1a-containing anti-sprouting haplotype of TaSdr--B1 gene and 47 materials contained Rio Blancotype-containing anti-sprouting haplotype of TaPHS1 gene, and the other 9 materials contained Hap-H-containing anti-sprouting haplotype of TaMoc-A1 gene. Additionally, in terms of drought resistance, there were 44 materials contained 3 Ba-containing drought-resistant haplotype of COMT-3B gene and 12 materials contained TaDREB-B1a-containing drought-resistant haplotype of Dreb-B1 gene, while there 49 materials contained A2a-containing drought-resistant haplotype of TaSST-4A gene.
