Abstract:
In this study, plant seeds were soaked with dark septate endophytic fungi(DSE) and the effects of different concentrations of DSE fungi solution soaking for different time on plant growth were discussed. The plant height, aboveground dry weight, chlorophyll SPAD value, root length and root infection rate were measured with different DSE concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%, respectively, with sterile water and MMN medium as the control group. The results showed that seed soaking with DSE fungi solution could significantly improve the growth of corn plants and promote the accumulation of chlorophyll in leaves. Among them, the comprehensive effect of soaking seeds with 20% concentration for 12 h was the most significant and the economic benefit was the best.
