Abstract:
The seeds were soaked with indole acetic acid, ethephon and naphthalene acetic acid, and distilled water was used as the control to determine the seed germination indexes and morphological indexes under each treatment condition. The hormone concentration which could significantly improve seed germination index was selected to determine the seed physiological index under the treatment. The results showed that compared with the control, 100 mg/L IAA and 50 mg/L ETH could significantly promote the germination and morphological properties of Allium senescens seeds, while NAA treatment inhibited the seed germination and growth. Treatment with 100 mg/L IAA significantly increased the soluble protein content and protease activity of Chinese chives. Treatment with 50 mg/L ETH significantly increased soluble protein, soluble sugar content, lipase activity, IAA and ETH content. Treatment with 200 mg/L NAA also significantly increased soluble protein, soluble sugar content, protease activity and ETH content. Principal component analysis and correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the various indexes of the germination characteristics of Allium senescens, and a significant negative correlation with the content of endogenous IAA.
