外源抗坏血酸对网纹甜瓜抗早衰和果实品质的影响

Effects of Exogenous Ascorbic Acid on Premature Senescence Resistance and Fruit Quality of Netted Melon

  • 摘要: 为研究叶面喷施不同浓度AsA对延缓海南冬春设施网纹甜瓜早衰和果实品质的影响,对5个浓度(0(ck)、1、3、5、7、9 mmol/L)AsA叶面喷施处理下网纹甜瓜生长状况、抗氧化酶活性、果实品质以及矿质元素含量情况进行分析。结果表明,与ck相比,5~9 mmol/L AsA处理能显著提高甜瓜叶宽、叶长、叶片叶色值。在5 mmol/L AsA处理下甜瓜坐果节位叶片中抗氧化酶活性显著提高,延缓可溶性蛋白含量的下降及丙二醛含量的增长。3 mmol/L AsA处理下,甜瓜果实可溶性固形物、维生素C、粗蛋白显著提高,分别比ck高9.93%、34.22%、45.33%,同时,钾、磷含量显著高于ck。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the effects of different concentrations exogenous AsA by foliar spraying on premature senescence and fruit quality of Hainan winter and spring protected netted melon, the growth condition, antioxidant enzyme activity, fruit quality and mineral nutrients accumulation of netted melon were analyzed under 5 concentrations of foliar spraying AsA solution with 0(ck), 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 mmol/L. The results showed that the treatment with concentration of 5-9 mmol/L AsA could significantly improved the leaf width, leaf length, leaf color value compared with ck. 5 mmol/L treatment significantly improved the antioxidant enzyme activity of fruit node leaves, delayed the decrease of soluble protein content and slowed down the increase of malondialdehyde content compared with ck. At the 3 mmol/L concentration, the soluble solid, vitamin C and crude protein of melon fruit significantly increased, which were 9.93%, 34.22% and 45.33% higher than that of ck respectively, At the same time, the contents of potassium and phosphorus were significantly higher than those of the ck.
