Abstract:
Using excellent European durum germplasm to improve lvdahonggu resources, through the design of NCⅡ genetic breeding, the combining ability and heterosis analysis were carried out for harvesting traits of improved generations.The results showed that improved Dan-698 and Dan-Huang 34 had the best comprehensive mechanical harvesting characters, and the combined ability of SP-698 to PH 6 WC, SP-698 to C 8605-2, SP-698 to M 54, AP-D 34 to PH 6 WC and AP-D 34 to M 54 was better, forming a strong hetero-superior pattern, and the resistance of key characters at rice seedling level was significantly increased, which was a hybrid combination suitable for mechanical harvesting.
