鲁梅克斯F2代种子萌发及幼苗的生理生化特性研究

Study on Rumex F2 Generation Seed Germination and Seedlings of Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics

  • 摘要: 鲁梅克斯是一种耐盐碱、抗寒、适应性强、生长速度快的高产优质牧草,为探明鲁梅克斯F2代种子是否具有同样的耐盐碱能力,本试验分别采用两种中性盐和两种碱性盐进行组合,每个组合设置不同浓度(20、40、60、80、100、120 mmol/L),以模拟30种盐碱胁迫处理,以国内品种为对照,对引进品种及其F2代种子的发芽率、发芽指数及幼苗的生理生化指标进行研究。结果表明,低浓度的混合盐碱胁迫对种子的萌发影响不显著,高浓度抑制幼苗的生长;在80 mmol/L的复合盐碱胁迫下,引进品种与F2代种子均能萌发,而对照不能萌发;3种不同幼苗中的SOD、POD活性及MDA含量随处理时间的延长呈先升后降的趋势,叶绿素含量先降后升。研究表明,鲁梅克斯F2代种子的盐碱抗性同亲本基本保持一致,具有一定的抗盐碱能力,适合在60 mmol/L的混合盐碱土地上种植。

     

    Abstract: Rumex(Rumex patientia × R. tianschanicus CV. Rumex) is a kind of high yield and high-quality herbage with salinity tolerance, cold resistance, strong adaptability and fast growth rate. In order to find out the salt-tolerance ability of F2 generation seeds of Rumex, two kinds of neutral salt and two kinds of alkaline salt were combined in this experiment, and each combination was set with different concentrations(20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 mmol/L) to simulate 30 kinds of saline-alkali stress. Domestic varieties were taken as the control, and the seed germination rate, germination indexes and physiological and biochemical indexes of introduced varieties and their F2 generation seeds were studied.The results showed that the low concentration of mixed saline-alkali stress had no significant effect on seed germination, while high concentration inhibited seedling growth; and under 80 mmol/L combined saline-alkali stress, both the introduced varieties and F2 generation seeds could germinate, but the control could not; The activities of SOD, POD and MDA contents of three different seedlings increased at first and then decreased with the extension of treatment time, while the contents of chlorophyll showed the opposite trend.The salt-alkali resistance of Rumex F2 generation seeds was similar to that of their parents, which had a certain salt-alkali resistance, and the seeds were suitable for planting in 60 mmol/L mixed saline-alkali soil.
