Abstract:
The genetic diversity of the collected 24 colored potato germplasm resources were analyzed by SRAP molecular markers and the genetic relationships among the germplasm was discussed in order to provide a groundwork for the efficient utilization of colored potato germplasm resources and new varieties breeding. The results showed that 74 locis were detected by 14 pairs of SRAP polymorphic primers and the mean polymorphism information(PIC) was 0.87, the mean number of effective alleles(Ne) was 1.61, and the average Nei’s genetic diversity index(H)was 0.36, and the mean value of Shannon information index(I) was 0.54. The genetic similarity coefficients among the 24 colored potato germplasms ranged from 0.45 to 0.78 with an average value of 0.61, meaning there were large genetic differences among the tested puffin germplasms.Cluster analysis showed that when GS=0.61, the 24 colored potato germplasms were divided into four groups.Principal component analysis found that there was overlap between Group Ⅲ and Ⅳ, indicating that they were closely related. The 24 colored potato germplasms were abundant of genetic diversity, which could be applied to the selection of new varieties through further research.
