Abstract:
In this study, 238 rice varieties from Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province and self-created high-generation strains were selected as the test materials, and were screened by a simple indoor program(15 ℃ constant temperature and 2 cm water depth for 10 days), and the germination rate, germination rate and germination potential were used as identification indicators. 59 low-temperature and hypoxia-resistant materials were initially screened; the initially screened materials were accurately identified indoors, and 19 relatively cold-resistant materials were screened out with germination rate, germination index and vigor index after low temperature treatment at 12 ℃ for 15 days as the main identification indicators, of which 8 materials showed strong low temperature resistance; 15 materials were screened out with low temperature and hypoxia mixed with coleoptile length as the main identification index, germination rate, seedling height, and hypoxia response index were referenced; After low-temperature and hypoxia stress treatment, 39 materials had higher seedling emergence rate; indoor soil covering test showed that the seedling rate was higher than 60% under both germination and dry seed conditions; there were 21 materials by using natural identification in the field with higher seedling emergence rate and relatively fast emergence speed. Based on the results of mixed stress, soil covering test and field identification, 16 materials with low temperature and hypoxia resistance were screened out: L-2, L-30, L-39, L-5, L-8, W-106, W-14, W-39, W-43, W-65, W-82, W-86, Z-32, Z-33, Z-59 and Z-7.
