不同新麦品系籽粒灌浆特性分析

Analysis on Grain Filling Characteristics of Different Xinmai wheat Lines

  • 摘要: 以12个新麦品种为试验材料,新麦26为对照,利用Logistic方程对花后籽粒干物质积累情况进行拟合,分析11个灌浆期参数变化规律。结果表明,参试品种灌浆过程均呈现“慢—快—慢”的“S”形曲线变化。新麦36干物质增长量最高,为669.37 kg/hm2,新麦51平均灌浆速率最大,为52.73 mg/d,新麦32、新麦35和新麦38在灌浆不同阶段的时间和灌浆速率均表现为:渐增期>快增期>缓增期。各参数间存在复杂的相关性,13对参数间达到极显著水平(p<0.01),5对参数间达显著水平(p<0.05)。花后籽粒湿重、干重和含水量变化表明,渐增期籽粒水分调控存在差异,新麦45、新麦52、新麦58和新科麦168干重增加,湿重和含水量先降低后上升,其他品种3项指标均上升。综上所述,在新品种选育和新麦系列品种栽培技术改良中,应更加重视渐增期灌浆速率高和快增期持续时间长的品种。

     

    Abstract: In this experiment, 12 Xinmai wheat varieties were used as experimental materials and Xinmai 26 as control, the dry matter accumulation of grains after anthesis was fitted by Logistic equation, and the change rules of parameters at 11 filling stages were analyzed.The results showed that the grain filling process of the tested varieties showed an "S" curve of "slow-fast-slow".The highest dry matter growth of Xinmai 36 was 669.37 kg/hm~2, and the average grain filling rate of Xinmai highest with 52.73 mg/day. Both the time and filling rate of Xinmai 32, Xinmai 35 and Xinmai 38 at different filling stages were as follows: gradual increase period > rapid increase period > slow increase period.There was a complex correlation among the parameters, of which 13 pairs of parameters reached a very significant level(p<0.01),and 5 pairs of parameters reached a significant level(p<0.05).The changes of grain wet weight, dry weight and water content after anthesis showed that there were differences in grain water regulation at the gradual increasing stage. The dry weight of Xinmai 45, Xinmai 52, Xinmai 58 and Xinkemai 168 increased, while the wet weight and water content decreased at first and then increased while 3 indexes of other varieties increased at all.To sum up, more attention should be paid to the varieties with high filling rate and long duration of rapid increase in the breeding of Xinmai varieties and the improvement of cultivation techniques of new wheat varieties.
