模拟酸雨对三叶草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

The Effect of Stimulated Acid Rain on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Clover

  • 摘要: 为探讨红三叶(Trifolium pratense L.)和白三叶(Trrifolium repens L.)种子幼苗对酸雨胁迫的响应,分别在pH值为2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5、4.0、5.0的酸雨条件下观测并分析两种豆科牧草种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗鲜重和干重。结果表明,随胁迫强度的增大,红三叶和白三叶种子萌发(发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数)和幼苗生物量(鲜重和干重)均受到显著抑制,但红三叶受到的抑制程度低于白三叶。模拟酸雨对两种三叶草的种子萌发和幼苗生长均具有抑制作用,但红三叶种子的耐受性较好,酸性土壤或酸雨严重地区生产实践中可以考虑选择红三叶。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the response of seeds germination and seedling growth of red clover(Trifolium pratense L.) and white clover(Trrifolium repens L.) to stimulated acid rain. Under the acid rain conditions at pH 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 levels, the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vigor index, seedling fresh and dry weight of two types of legume forage seeds were observed and analysed. The results showed that with acid rain stress increasing, the red and white clover seed germination(germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index) and seedling biomass(fresh weight and dry weight) were significantly inhibited, but the decreasing degree of red clover was lower than that of white clover. Therefore, the seed germination and seedling growth of two clover were inhibited by the simulated acid rain, but the red clover was well tolerant and could be chose for production practice in acidic soil or severe acid rain areas.
