Abstract:
Using the pods of Dendrobium aphyllum as explants, the rapid propagation technology of Dendrobium aphyllum species was explored. Pod explants suitable for disinfection time was selected, adding different organic additives to induce protocorm, adjusting the type and concentration ratio of growth regulators, to induce proliferation and differentiation, and added an appropriate concentration of activated carbon for rooting and strong seedlings. The results showed that disinfection for 10 min had the best effect, and the contamination rate was 30%; adding potato 30 g/L medium had the best induction effect of protocorm, and when the induction rate was 95%; 6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L medium, the proliferation effect was the best, and the proliferation coefficient was 9.4; the effect of activated carbon 1.2 g/L was the best, and the average rooting number was 8.54.
