高粱淀粉合成酶基因家族鉴定与表达分析

Identification and Expression Analysis of Starch Synthase Gene Family in Sorghum bicolor L.

  • 摘要: 对高粱淀粉合成酶基因家族的理化性质、系统进化树、基因结构、蛋白结构和顺式作用元件进行研究,通过转录组数据对该家族基因进行表达模式分析,运用生物信息学的方法在高粱全基因组中鉴定出11个淀粉合成酶基因,包括颗粒结合型淀粉合成酶和可溶性淀粉合成酶两类。结果表明,SbGBSSⅠ在胚乳中高表达;SbSSⅠ、SbGBSSⅡ和SbSSⅢb在开花14 d的根、茎、叶和幼苗中高表达,其中在叶片中的表达量最高;SbSSⅠ、SbGBSSⅡ、SbSSⅢb在花序展开的三个时期中高表达。

     

    Abstract: This study provided a comprehensive analysis of the physicochemical properties, phylogenetic tree, gene structure, protein structure and cis-acting elements of sorghum starch synthase gene family and expression pattern analysis of this family of genes by transcriptome data was conducted.In this paper, 11 starch synthase genes were identified in the whole sorghum genome using bioinformatics, including granule-bound starch synthase and soluble starch synthase.The results showed that SbGBSSⅠ was highly expressed in endosperm; SbSSⅠ, SbGBSSⅡ and SbSSⅢb were highly expressed in roots, stems, leaves and seedlings at 14 days of flowering, with the highest expression in leaves; SbSSⅠ, SbGBSSⅡ and SbSSⅢb were highly expressed in the three periods of inflorescence unfolding.
