Ca2+胁迫下越南槐种子萌发响应的比较代谢组学研究

Research on Comparative Metabolome of Sophora tonkinensis Seed Germination in Response to Ca2+ Stress

  • 摘要: 本试验利用非靶向代谢组学的方法,研究了Ca2+胁迫下萌发的越南槐种子代谢谱的变化。结果表明,在不同浓度的Ca2+胁迫下,越南槐种子萌发过程中采取不同的代谢策略应对胁迫。CaCl2溶液在0、50 mmol/L下萌发种子有36种差异表达代谢物,0、100 mmol/L下萌发种子有14种差异表达代谢物,50、100 mmol/L下萌发种子有24种差异表达代谢物。这些代谢产物主要参与异黄酮和类黄酮代谢、脂质代谢和有机酸代谢。

     

    Abstract: In this study, we investigated changes in metabolic profiles of germinated seeds of S. tonkinensis in response to Ca2+ stress by using an untargeted metabolomics approach. Results suggested that seeds of S. tonkinensis played different metabolic strategies in response to different concentrations of Ca2+ stress during germination. There were 36 differential metabolites of germinated seeds under 0 mmol/L CaCl2 and 50 mmol/L CaCl2, 14 differential metabolites of germinated seeds under 0 mmol/L CaCl2 and 100 mmol/L CaCl2, 24 differential metabolites of germinated seeds under 50 mmol/L CaCl2 and 100 mmol/L CaCl2. These metabolites were mainly involved in isoflavonoid and flavonoid metabolism, lipid metabolism, and organic acids metabolism.
