Abstract: According to the data of the national Huang-Huai-Hai region summer soybean variety trial report from 2016 to 2018, the high yield, stability and adaptability of Hedou 28 were analyzed and evaluated comprehensively by variance analysis, coefficient of variation, high stability coefficient, rate of yield-increasing point and degree of adaption. The results showed that the yield of Hedou 28 was very significantly higher than that of Zhonghuang 13 showing better production performance. The analysis of coefficient variation and high stability coefficient showed that Hedou 28 had better stability of yield. Hedou 28 showed universal adaptability in different ecological regions through the analysis of proportion of production increasing points and degree of adaption. Study indicated that Hedou 28 was a new summer soybean variety with good comprehensive characters, high yield, high stability and wide adaptability. It was suitable for summer planting in southern Shandong province, southern Henan province, and north of Huaihe River in Jiangsu and Anhui Province.
