Abstract:
In order to further grasp the genetic characteristics and basic agronomic traits of two new fragrant high-quality conventional indica rice Guixiang 18 and Guiyumeixiang with thin and long grain. In this study, microarray analysis was performed on these two varieties using 40 K rice gene chip and its main agronomic traits was comprehensively evaluated. The result showed that Guixiang 18 and Guiyumeixiang aggregated 25 and 26 excellent alleles, respectively. The average yield of the Guixiang 18 in rice regional trail reached 6 474.0 kg/hm~2 and 2.6% higher than the CK. The chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree were both 0, the length-width ratio was 4.4, the comprehensive rice quality index reached the second-class of the Ministry of Standards, and the fragrance value was 78 points. The average yield of the Guiyumeixiang in rice regional trail reached 6 426.5 kg/hm~2 and 8.0% higher than the CK. The chalkiness degree, chalkiness rate and the length-width ratio were 0.1%, 1.0% and 4.6, respectively. The comprehensive rice quality index reached the third-class of the Ministry of Standards, and the fragrance value was 75 points. In conclusion, The aggregation of multiple excellent alleles of Guixiang 18 and Guiyumeixiang was the molecular basis for high yield, high quality, multi-resistance and wide adaptability. These two varieties had stable yield, good comprehensive rice quality and strong fragrance, and had good promotion value and application prospect.
