贵州食葵种质资源农艺性状主成分和聚类分析

Principal Components and Cluster Analysis of Agronomic Traits of Confection Sunflower Germplasm Resources in Guizhou

  • 摘要: 为明确贵州地区食用型向日葵主要农艺性状对产量的贡献率及各性状间的相互关系,以50份具有代表性的贵州地方食葵种质资源为材料,对其主要农艺性状进行变异系数分析,相关性、主成分和聚类分析。结果表明,参试食葵资源农艺性状存在丰富的变异,变异系数均达到10%以上,其中百粒空壳率、单盘籽粒重、百粒重变异系数较大。说明贵州食葵资源改良利用的可能性较大;在相关性分析中,产量与株高、单盘籽粒数、单盘籽粒重呈极显著正相关与百粒空壳率呈极显著负相关;主成分分析结果显示,12个农艺性状主成分因子的主要信息集中在前5个主成分,累计贡献率为83.39%,单盘籽粒数、单盘籽粒重、百粒空壳率、百粒重、株高、花盘直径是食葵种质资源的主要影响因子;聚类分析将50份食葵资源在欧式距离为11时分为四类,其中第一类为食葵种植的优势类型。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the contribution rate of main agronomic traits of confection sunflower to yield in Guizhou and the relationship among these traits, 50 representative local confection sunflower germplasm resources in Guizhou were used as materials, the coefficient of variation, correlation, principal components and cluster analysis of main agronomic traits of confection sunflower were conducted. The results showed that there were abundant variations in the agronomic traits of sunflower resources, and the coefficient of variation was more than 10%, among which the coefficient of variation of percentage of empty shell of 100 grains, kernel weight per plate and grains per floral disc were large.It indicated that the possibility of improving utilization of confection sunflower resources in Guizhou was great. In the correlation analysis, the yield was significantly positively correlated with plant height, grains per floral disc, kernel weight per plate, and negatively correlated with percentage of empty shell of 100 grains. The results of principal component analysis showed that the main information of the 12 agronomic traits was concentrated in the first five principal components, and the cumulative contribution rate was 83.39%. Grains per floral disc, kernel weight per plate, percentage of empty shell of 100 grains, 100 grains weight, plant height and floral disc were the main influencing factors of sunflower germplasm resources. Cluster analysis divided 50 sunflower resources into four categories when the Euclidian distance was 11, among which the first category was the dominant type for confection sunflower planting.
