芝麻种质资源苗期抗旱性鉴定及灰色关联度分析

Drought Resistance Identification and Grey Correlation Analysis of Sesame Germplasm Resources at Seedling Stage

摘要: 本研究利用苗期反复干旱法，对59份芝麻种质进行抗旱性鉴定。结果表明，59份芝麻种质的11个指标抗旱系数平均值变幅为0.35～0.92,变异系数变幅为10%～29%;利用隶属函数值对芝麻种质进行抗旱性综合评价，筛选出8份高抗旱芝麻种质；灰色关联分析结果表明，各性状指标与抗旱性的关联顺序为WLB 3>WLA 1>WLA 2>WLB 1>pH>TLB 1>WLB 2>TLB 3>WLA 3>TLB 2>DW。

Abstract: In this study, drought resistance of 59 sesame germplasm was identified by the method of repeated drought at seedling stage. The results showed that the mean drought resistance coefficients of 11 indexes of 59 sesame germplasm varied from 0.35 to 0.92, and the variation coefficients varied from 10% to 29%;Eight sesame germplasm with high drought resistance were screened by comprehensive evaluation of membership function value. Grey correlation analysis showed that the correlation order of each trait index and drought resistance ranged from big to small: WLB 3, WLA 1, WLA 2, WLB 1, pH, TLB 1, WLB 2, TLB 3, WLA 3, TLB 2, DW.
