小麦优异矮源石矮2号衍生F2代矮秆基因检测及农艺性状分析

Agronomic Characteristic Analysis and Detection of Dwarf Gene in F2 Generation Derived from Wheat Dwarf Source Shiai 2

  • 摘要: 本研究以优异矮源石矮2号和高抗条锈病与白粉病品种09107 F6杂交,分子标记检测F2代中矮秆基因的种类、导入率、降秆效应及其抗病性。结果表明,在F2代120份小麦株系中含有3个矮秆基因(Rht-B1b、Rht4、Rht8),其中Rht-B1b基因占69.2%,Rht4基因占78.3%,Rht8基因占34.2%,平均株高56 cm; F2代植株中兼抗白粉病和条锈病的占34.1%。创制的F2代抗病性好,含3个矮秆基因的小麦新种质资源将为新品种的育成及推广提供重要中间种质材料。

     

    Abstract: Superior dwarf source Shiai 2 and 09107 F6 with high resistance to stripe rust and powdery mildew were hybridized, and the dwarf gene varieties, introduction rate, culm reduction effect and disease resistance in F2 generation were detected by molecular markers. The results showed that three dwarf genes(Rht-B1b, Rht4 and Rht8) in 120 wheat lines of F2 generation were detected, among which Rht-B1b gene accounted for 69.2%, Rht4 gene accounted for 78.3% and Rht8 gene accounted for 34.2%. The average wheat height was 56 cm, and a percentage of 34.1% in F2 generation were resistant to powdery mildew and stripe rust. F2 generation newly created had good resistance to disease and these available excellent wheat germplasm resources with 3 dwarf genes would provide important intermediate germplasm materials for the breeding and applications.
