Abstract:
In order to master the dormancy characteristics of Cyperaceae seeds and the methods to relieve their dormancy, four Cyperaceae plants in Qinghai were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different plant growth regulators, different soaking time and cold stratification conpound treatment after seed soaking with plant growth regulators on the seed germination characteristics of four Cyperaceae plants. The results showed that different soaking time of the same plant growth regulator with same soaking time had different effects on seed germination rate and germination delay, and the same plant growth regulator had different effects on seed germination rate and germination delay. The correlation between seed germination rate and germination time delay was negatively correlated. Under F 1+L treatment, the seed germination speed rate and germination rate of HB seeds were the highest and the germination time delay was the shortest, the highest germination rate was 86.00%, and the shortest germination time delay was 3 days. The treatment with the highest germination rate and germination speed rate of HZ seeds was Z 1+L, which was 56.67%, and the treatment with the shortest germination delay was E 3, which was 3 days. The treatment with the highest germination rate of PME seeds was F 1 + L, which was 71.33%, and the treatment with the shortest germination delay was Z 3, which was only one day. QZ seeds were difficult to germinate, and the number of QZ seeds germinated under Z 1 + L treatment was the largest, but only about 1.7 seeds germinated on average.
