寒地水稻龙粳31耐冷特性及油菜素内酯的耐冷调节作用

Characterization of Longgeng 31 with Cold Tolerance Planting in Cold Region and Cold Tolerance Moderating Effect of Brassinolide

  • 摘要: 为探索寒地水稻耐冷特征及生理基础,以耐冷性较强的寒地水稻龙粳31和冷敏感水稻9311为研究材料,鉴定其在低温以及低温和BRs联合处理下的耐冷表型和生理生化指标的变化情况。龙粳31较9311具有更高的低温发芽率以及苗期的低温表型抗性。BRs处理后,龙粳31与9311的低温发芽率有所提高。生理指标变化方面,低温处理下龙粳31幼苗的Pro含量上升幅度更大,而9311的MDA含量和相对电导率上升幅度更大;BRs+低温处理下MDA和相对电导率均有所下降。内源激素变化方面,低温处理下IAA、ABA和SA含量均有所上升,而GA含量有所下降;BRs+低温处理下IAA含量有所下降,GA含量有所上升,且龙粳31上升幅度更大。这些结果表明龙粳31与9311相比,更具耐冷生理基础,而BRs处理可使水稻产生利于耐冷性提高的变化趋势。

     

    Abstract: To explore the characterization and physiological basis of cold tolerance of rice planting in cold region,a rice cultivar planted in cold region with strong cold tolerance Longgeng 31 and a cold sensitive rice cultivar 9311 were used as test materials.Changes of the phenotypic traits and physiological and biochemical indexes under low temperature stress and brassinolides(BRs) combined low temperature treatment were studied.The Longgeng 31 had higher seed germination under low temperature and phenotypic resistance to low temperature.BRs treatment improved germination rate of Longgeng 31 and 9311 under cold stress at the bud stage.In terms of physiological indicators,the increase of proline(Pro) content of Longgeng 31 seedlings was greater under low tempearture treat ments,while the increase degree of malondialdehyde(MDA) and relative conductivity(REC) of 9311was higher under low temperature treatment.Both MDA and REC decreased under BRs combined low temperature treatment.In the aspect of endogenous hormone,under low temperature,the contents of IAA,ABA,and SA increased,while the gibberellin(GA) content decreased.IAA content decreased,whereas the GA content increased under BRs combined low temperature treatment,and the increase range of Longgeng 31 was greater.These results indicated that the physiological basis for cold tolerance of Longgeng 31 was better than that of 9311 while the treatment of the exogenous BRs displayed the change trend favoring improvement of cold tolerance.
