EMS诱变对岷江百合种子萌发的影响
Effect of EMS Mutagenesis on Lilium regale Wilson Seed Germination

摘要: 研究不同浓度的化学诱变剂EMS处理对百合干种子及经过沙藏种子萌发的影响,筛选适宜的诱变浓度和诱变时间。利用化学诱变剂EMS对岷江百合的自交种子进行诱变处理,设置3个处理时间(2 h, 4 h, 8 h)和4个EMS浓度(0,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%)对岷江百合自交种子进行诱变处理。结果表明,干种子在0.4%,4 h时相对成活率达65.38%,接近半致死剂量,而沙藏处理的种子在0.4%,2 h时相对成活率达62.3%,接近半致死剂量。因此,0.4%浓度的EMS,处理4 h为EMS处理百合干种子的较适宜方式,0.4%浓度的EMS,处理2 h为EMS处理沙藏种子较适宜方式。Abstract: To study the effect of EMS treatment with different concentrations of chemical mutagens on the germination of dry and sand stored lilium seeds, and to screen the suitable mutagenic concentration and mutagenic time. The self-crossing seeds of Lilium regale Wilson were mutagenic treated with chemical mutagenic agent EMS. Three treatment times(2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours) and four EMS concentrations(0, 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%) were set for the self-crossing seeds of Lilium regale Wilson. The results showed that the relative survival rate of dried seeds was 65.38% at 0.4% and nearly half lethal dose at 4 hours, while the relative survival rate of seeds treated with sand storage was 62.3% at 0.4% and nearly half lethal dose at 2 hours. Therefore, 4 hours of 0.4% EMS treatment was the appropriate way to treat dried lily seeds, and 2 hours of 0.4% EMS treatment was the appropriate way to treat sand seed.
