山栀种质资源果实性状多样性分析

Analysis on Fruit Trait Diversity of Gardenia jasminoides Germplasm Resources

  • 摘要: 以24个不同居群野生型山栀资源为研究对象,对其8个果实性状进行多样性分析。结果表明,24份山栀资源8个数值型性状变异系数范围在9.14%~47.33%之间,其中百粒重变异系数最大。相关性分析中,果实纵径与果实横径、果形指数、百粒重呈极显著正相关,果实横径与百粒重呈极显著正相关,百粒重与出仁率呈显著正相关,果仁折干率与出油率呈显著正相关。聚类分析中,当平方欧式距离为5时,24份山栀资源可分为五类,第Ⅰ类群由重庆市南川区三泉镇种源构成,平均综合得分最高,为5.95,该类群各方面表现最为突出。主成分分析结果表明,8个性状共提取到3个主成分,累积贡献率为77.805%,解释了8个性状的大部分信息,可用于后续山栀良种选育。

     

    Abstract: The diversity of 8 fruit characters was analyzed by taking 24 different populations of wild type Gardenia jasminoides resources as the study object. The results showed that the variation coefficients of 8 numerical characters in 24 mountain gardenia resources ranged from 9.14% to 47.33%, among which the variation coefficient of 100-grain weight was the largest. In the correlation analysis, the longitudinal diameter of fruit was positively correlated with the transverse diameter of fruit, fruit shape index and 100-kernel weight, the transverse diameter of fruit was positively correlated with 100-kernel weight, 100-kernel weight was positively correlated with the yield of fruit, and the drying rate of kernel was positively correlated with the oil yield. Cluster analysis: when the square Euclidean distance was 5, the 24 Gardenia jasminoides resources could be divided into 5 categories. The first group was composed of Sanquan Town, Nanchuan District, Chongqing, with the highest average comprehensive score of 5.95 and this group had the most outstanding performance in all aspects. The results of principal component analysis showed that three principal components were extracted from the eight traits, with a cumulative contribution rate of 77.805%, which explained most of the information of the eight traits, which could be used for subsequent Gardenia jasminoides good seed breeding.
